How Your delivery works?
We have partnered with DPD to provide you with an all-round delivery service of all our products to your doorstep. We will provide you with a tracking number and delivery details to the ETA's hour of the delivery. This means you do not need to wait for the delivery all day. You can check the tracking progress through the DPD app, or www.dpd.co.uk.
We will provide you with a delivery confirmation once you have placed the order with us.
DPD will send you a text with the Delivery date and time to the hour of the delivery.
On the day of delivery, You will get another text confirming the delivery, including the Driver's name and the order in which we will complete your delivery.
As much as possible, We will attempt to get your parcel to you the next day. Orders placed before 5 pm between Monday and Friday will be delivered the next day. Any orders placed after 5 pm will be delivered in 2 days. On weekends, any orders placed before 2 pm will be delivered the next day. After 2 pm, it will be the following day.
We will do northern Scotland inc Highlands and Islands deliveries in 2-5 days.
If an item is out of stock, we will confirm it through our order confirmation and refund any monies paid to us.
There are a couple of days you can track your delivery. One way is to go to www.dpd.co.uk/track and enter the tracking number provided to you on your text. You can also download the DPD app to give you up to date notifications of your delivery.
We will make every effort to send you the order confirmation and tracking numbers requested, however, if for any reason you have not received your email, please let us know.
If you have missed your delivery slot for any reason, You will receive a card from DPD. DPD will try the next working day again. The card will also have details on How you can re-arrange the delivery to a suitable time/date or Pick up from the nearest depot.
Delivery Address Change
We understand you may not be available when DPD arrive; we cannot change the destination address once the order is confirmed and the parcel is on its way.

Can I Cancel or change my order?
If your order has not been despatched (we will send an email when it has), call our customer services team to cancel or amend it.
If we've already sent your item, you may be able to return or exchange it. Please get in touch with us here for more information.
What happens if I’m missing items from my order?
If you've received your order, but something is missing from the box, then you need to call our Customer Service Team.
What If I have not received my parcel but Tracking says it’s delivered?
We're sorry to hear you're having problems with the delivery of your parcel. Firstly, you can do a few things: Please Check with your neighbours to see if they have received the package on their behalf. Please also check some safe and secure place in front of your home. If you have tried all the above and can still locate your parcel, our customer services team would like to help.
